EXITING JOB ANNOUNCEMENT:

Crown Beverages Limited (CBL) wishes to recruit young, self motivated professionals who are, energetic and can work under minimal supervision to fill vacant positions of Line Shift Managers.

KEY OUTPUTS:

• The job falls under the Operations Department in the Production section headed by a Production Manager,
• Reporting to the Production Manager, the key output of the job is meeting production targets while maintaining personnel discipline through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning for the shift operation according to set production and / or maintenance schedules,
• Ensuring availability of manpower and operational materials required for the shift operation,
• Providing supervisory role during production and maintenance of the plants under his/her jurisdiction,
• Providing accountability of all labour hours and material usage,
• Following up the safety and hygiene standards for both personnel and plant,
• Providing daily operation reports to his/her immediate supervisor,
• Training and supporting his/her subordinates on equipment handling and maintenance,
• Any other duties as shall be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline or a Higher Diploma in Engineering,
• Three years’ working experience preferably in a beverage bottling Company,
• Must be a hands on person and with fully developed maintenance skills in handling bottling equipment,
• Should have a supervisory experience managing a production related workforce with ability to plan for and organise a team,
• Able to communicate effectively,
• Analytical skills,
• Computing skills and use Microsoft programs and other related operational software applications is a must.

SALARY/ REMUNERATION:  USD/month
